Need-Based Scholarship Application Form

Please state the reasons for requesting a Need-Based Scholarship and how you would contribute to the school.

Please also provide guardians' Individual Income tax annual filling report for the past two years, previous year's income statement, expenditure, and savings status. Mention any financial circumstances which may place a burden on your family.

Please write no more than 250 words.

Please provide the names and email addresses of two teachers who can complete a recommendation form for you. (Note: We will email the recommendation form directly to the teachers)

Please upload the financial supporting documents, progress report of the last term, and supporting portfolio of evidence (e.g. external examination results, awards, certificates, testimonials, published work etc.
